In my photos, I work to capture real moments and honest emotions in everyday life. I search for subjects with unique facial and design features. Shot in both color and black and white, these images function as a window into understanding not only the subjects, but ourselves. This project is called.. The Thrift Shop Stop - and is about illustrating the leftovers of others lives in a sort of visual shorthand, and highlighting obscure punctuations captured through the lens opening up at second hand stores. What stories lay behind these throwaways and remnants of strangers lives.. You decide.
